PREPAYMENT
Our veils are available in Canada only. For your convenience, we accept payment by Visa credit card, personal cheque, certified cheque and money order made payable to Gail Osaduke in Canadian funds. All orders are subject to confirmed advance payment before shipment. CANCELLATIONS
1. - An email is sent to confirm receipt of your order. You agree to advise by email of an order cancellation within 24 hours of the issue of confirmation for a full refund. Otherwise, you agree to receive a refund of the total amount of your order, less all shipping charges incurred (both directions) if your order is in transit, less a 5% restocking charge on the price of the goods and less the applicable taxes on both. Your silence is accepted as confirmation that the order proceed without change. 2. - Our carrier attempts delivery according to local custom. You agree that a carrier's return of undamaged goods to Gail Osaduke be accepted as an order cancellation with penalties. You will automatically receive a refund of the total amount of your order less all shipping charges incurred (both directions), less a 5% restocking charge on the price of the goods and less the applicable taxes on both. 3. - If we are unable to ship your order within 5 business days due to circumstances outside our control, we will notify you of your options by email. One option will be order cancellation with full refund. You agree to release Gail Osaduke from any and all liability. CHANGES TO ORDER
4. - An email is sent to confirm receipt of your order. You agree to advise Gail Osaduke by email of an order change within 24 hours of the issue of confirmation so that we may begin to make your custom order. You agree that your silence is confirmation that the order proceed without change. 5. - SAVE on shipping charges. You agree to arrange by email within 24 hours of the issue of confirmation to Pick Up your order from one of our Toronto locations and Gail Osaduke will refund the shipping charges (plus applicable tax portion) at time of Pick Up. RETURNS
6. - Only authorized returns are accepted. You agree to contact Gail Osaduke by telephone or email for prompt problem resolution within two (2) business days of your order receipt, otherwise you unconditionally accept the order as complete. 7. - Unauthorized returns will be refused and the carrier directed to return the shipment to the sender. You agree that all shipping expenses incurred (both directions) are your responsiblity as the sender. 8. - Our carrier attempts delivery according to local custom.
